As a destination wedding photographer that has recently moved to Europe, there are certain venues in Italy I dream of photographing — places where the light, the architecture, and the atmosphere are nothing short of magical.
Italy has completely captured my heart — not just as a traveler, but as an artist. There’s something about the stillness of the lakes, the wild drama of the coastlines, and the timeless beauty of its villas and castles that speaks to me on a creative level. Every corner feels like it’s waiting to be made into a memory.
Over time, I’ve gathered a list of bucket list venues in Italy — places I hope to photograph for couples who want more than just a beautiful setting. These are the venues that inspire me deeply.
